About

Are you sick and tired of Sudoku?

Find you’re reading too many blogs that just go on and on… and on?

Like the idea of a photo challenge but have no clue how Photoshop works?

Well, there’s a new game in town, with no mental mathematics and hardly any reading and minimal ‘puter skills required!

Welcome to the ultimate photo challenge for luddites!!

All you need to do: check out today’s photo and leave your idea for a caption in the post comments!

Where did it all begin, anyway…

How it began: I was pondering certain questions which have plagued humankind for quite some time now, seemingly without answers.

If a tree falls in the forest and there is no one around to here, does it make a sound?

How many angels can dance on the head of a pin?

What is the meaning of life?

Why haven’t I won the $#&*(@$&* lottery yet?

Life today is certainly complicated, isn’t it? Well, I have another question to pose to you, Gentle Reader:

If a picture’s worth a thousand words, can ten suffice?

But I’m not a philosopher… that question is way too much work!

Ah, but it’s not, really. The answer is within you, as Dr. Phil and Oprah keep telling you. In fact, there are likely as many answers to the question as people out there to provide them.

I invite you to help prove me right. Every day, I shall pose a photo on this blog with my idea for a caption in the subject line to the post. I’d love to see your ideas for captioning the photo as well, so please do leave a comment.

Now, I’m not big on rules, but I do have one: your caption must be 10 words or less.

And it needn’t be sweet – I find tart more interesting, actually. Don’t you?
